This place is an absolute madhouse. The congestion inside is terrible. It is overcrowded with hordes of pushing, shoving people with strollers not having any consideration for anyone else. Everyone is screaming and shouting at the top of their lungs. At every turn you are cut off or cut in front of. We stood in an unmoving line for 45 minutes just to get to the touch tank with starfish and urchins only to find out the reason it took so long was because people were shoving in through the exit against the flow of traffic.
