Filed back in JUNE, my online account says approved and paid. I never received the money. When I called they said wait a month, which put me after the covid-19 relief, still never received the money. Started a new claim, never got paid although online it stated it was approved and paid. Yes I have checked all my accounts and the debit card I opt-out of. Called customer service again, waited 2 hours for them to just hang up on me. Called an office located an hour and a half away and they told me I could get an appointment in October. It is becoming clear that these people are failing at their job and couldn't care less if we get financial support... Families are loosing everything, please fix your system!
