Worst agency ever .

They made several mistakes in my weekly pay slip and I had to call them many times (sometimes more than 30 times till they picked up the phone) and send them a lot of emails and text messages to get an answer. What is more, I had to do their job by searching among my pay slips and doing calculations to make sure that the problem would be solved. This happened several times during the school year.
Apart from this, the treatment that I received was more appropriate for a summer camp than of a serious company. They call you mate , and even after having wasted the whole evening trying to talk with them to solve a problem and after having a tense argument, they try to keep the good vibes and ask you what you are doing on the weekend. Also, they spend your money on throwing free drinks parties making you feel that you work for a kind of Erasmus company run by students who only want to have fun. One day in December I went to their office and they were preparing a party with plenty of food, drinks and gifts for the head teachers of the schools that worked with them.
Sometimes they sent identical emails to all the teaching assistants and the teachers who worked through them saying that your contribution to the school had not gone unnoticed and that all the staff loved having you there. I repeat, what was supposed to be a personal email recognizing your work was in fact an IDENTICAL email for everyone.


My advice: try to work directly for a school or at least, through an agency that shows a more professional attitude.
