Beyond pissed!!! I explained to the lady that my clutch was stuck and I couldn't move my car that I would have it towed over there if they had loaner cars (which she said they did)I asked her what time service closed and she said 7 then she said she would have a advisor call me back (it was 5pm) . It was 6:05 and still no call back so I give them a call to find out that they closed at 6 so I tried to hurry and find somewhere I can take my car but no luck. THANKS FOR LEAVING ME STRANDED with no car..... Thought I'd give you guys a shot in stead of taking my car 1hr and 20min away to Ed Morse Mazda Lakeland but I will definitely keep doing business with Ed Morse Mazda Lakeland
