This company is the worst company I have ever felt...

This company is the worst company I have ever felt with! I had an appointment @ 1:40 pm today the driver pick me up at 1:27 pm so I called to let them (the doctor office) to let them know I was going to be late. I call for my return trip they told me within the hour well I called a second time and the told me again within the hour, well I m still sitting here they really don t have to worry about me using this company ever again ass company
