No answer to questions asked, even 3 days later. I do not care about it. I have been a customer for almost 10 years (OK, I must love to hurt myself). Yet, for billing, OVH is in focus. Consolation: with One to One it was worse. With Strato it's EVEN worse. A QoS manager in the corner?
