The worst after sales service ever seen, also because it is practically non-existent! New boiler just assembled, damaged by their own operators who were unable to start it and removed the safety Teflon, had to come to replace the ruined pieces by them but after 5 months nothing, grave silence, the second email sent dropped in the void, arrogant telephone operator! I still don't believe it, I will be forced to a lawyer or consumer association. A minimum of interest was enough to settle and instead ... Never again baxi!
