On the the 12th of Jan I came to see the registration office for public health programs. I waited for more than 40 minutes till she was ready to see us .
I tried to tell her that I have an issue regarding my university degree attestation but she completely refused to hear what I wanted to tell her .I was trying to tell her to book a conditional spot for me till I can get a copy of my certificate. She said I dont want to hear it as it's not my concern. A student with problem is not worse to keep as I already have students who met the requirements why should I bother..She was no friendly at all and another one of her colleagues told me that I should try the ministry and tell them my issues.
I am writing this conversation as I felt the registrar was not helpful and this will not help the university reputations regarding potential students. I would like to see a better customer service in the university in the future.
