Very poor service in terms of customer support.

Very poor service in terms of customer support.
Scams are going through this platform and when you try to reach customer support for help and complain, they mostly say our all staff are busy, after some time you will receive call from our side but never call back.
Same on Mail also they only ask give us your contact details we will reach to help you. After so many calls and mail they didn't reply or solve my concern.
I had enquiry here for transportation and they provide me number fory requirements.
He took prebooking amount and switched off number and Jus dial also not helping.

Don't use this platform for any kind of business deal.
They are worst in the market and cheater too.
