Working at IMI can be really stressful because of the scale of most outsource manufacturing projects we handle but the one thing I really like about the company is that they encourage leaving the office early during Fridays and going to work later than usual during Mondays. It's a small perk but it's a big motivation for me to use my working hours efficiently. Having a good work/life balance is really important for me and I really appreciate that IMI has the same views as me and probably majority of the employees.
