I stayed in this hotel for one night. (Thinking sense it's a renaissance it would be a fantastic place to stay at) Got in really late at night with my sister and her baby. The staff was extremely rude. They did not communicate about my reservation at all! And the ladies at the front desk tried to tell me that it was my fault that the man I had placed my reservation with did not inform me about payments or any other information about my reservation. And proceeded to argue with me. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!! If you come to Dallas do not stay here. It'll take you an hour to even get into your room. And on top of that when you finally get on to the elevator to head to your room, enjoy the bumpy ride up, they sound like they are falling apart.
this rant is not just coming from a guest for a night. But based off of how a hotel is to be ran (a previous hotel front desk clerk). Extremely unsatisfied with my stay! Will never be back to this hotel!
