It is the perfect example of Dutch organization. An official sends a form containing a violation to the CJIB. The CJIB takes this blindly without verification (after all, it is an official who reports it ... this person does not lay golden eggs, his poo is still brown like any other person) and the person written to and noted on the license plate receives the receipt . This is followed by a 13-week process in which the coupon-preyed person appeals for lack of evidence. Following this, there is an automated letter stating that the defendant's typed words do not contain comprehensive factual evidence and therefore must simply be paid. An enthusiastic official who has played the cat and mouse game too often throws pieces of paper around as if it were snowing. Normally I like snow but not when it is made of paper.
Adding to that: If I drive too fast, I will pay the receipt, but without proof this will not happen.
Operator is friendly, payment terms should be possible for all issued receipts.
Unfortunately, this is still an old system in a probably new look.
