Last night my mother and I went to purchase an Outback for my mother. It had been a while since she had purchased a new vehicle. Mauricio "Mo" and Fernando made the whole process very enjoyable and non-pressure oriented. Mo was very patient with my mother about explaining all the new features now available to her. I plan on returning myself to purchase an Impreza in the near future.
