I don t buy new cars that often, maybe in the 8 years since my last purchase things have changed and all dealers are like this now. Salesman was nice and helpful, but, BEWARE of the finance guy. He tried to tell me that I only qualified for a high rate of financing, BUT, if I bought his extended warranty he could buy down my rate (like it s a mortgage or something, WHICH IT S NOT) and get me a lower rate. This is a scam! Google it, apparently it s a common one. It s not technically illegal, but it s definitely extremely sleazy and dishonest. HAVE A LOAN QUOTE FROM A BANK OR CREDIT UNION BEFORE EVEN THINKING ABOUT USING THERE FINANCING. When I took position of the car a small item was broke, I called the dealership and am basically getting the run around about having it fixed. They very begrudgingly agreed to take care of it, but I guess it s my fault for thinking a new car should be sold with everything in working order. In short, you can look there, the sales staff is helpful, BUT DO NOT BUY THERE!!! There are way too many Mazda dealers around to give these guys the business.
