I'm not sure what this other reviewer is talking about. I received a return call EVERY TIME there was a need for the Patrick Law Firm to share information with me, whether new info or updates. Even when the information was provided to me via email communication, they followed up with a phone call to be sure I received the email.

In addition to that, he successfully resolved my lemon law case with Chrysler. They agreed to buy back my vehicle and pay the attorney's fees. After we received their first offer, Mr. Patrick said, "No, that's not enough...my client deserves more!" He reached out to them, and got me more.

Craig Patrick and his firm are awesome! I was skeptical (of the process) at first. But he got me the results I wanted and I am forever grateful. Thanks Craig!!!!
