January I purchased an CLS550 with the exceptional sales representatives Lorie Kleeman, John Steffy and Matt Duke they guided me through the ins and outs of my new vehicle. They are all extremely knowledgeable about Mercedes Benz and all the company has to offer making my purchase relaxing and enjoyable. Lisa in parts help me with items to enhance the look of my car providing me with speedy service with a smile. My most recent visit just this week I return for a routine service John Stonemetz my service advisor and his assistant Angie schedule my service per my schedule kept me updated and informed with the progress of the service and notified me when car was completed. They provided me with a new 2019 loaner vehicle and returned my car in pristine condition. I can t thank everyone enough for the outstanding service!!!
