My experience at Bay State Ford is always a good experience. My recent trade in for a 2019 Escape went very well, thanks to Rob and Chuck Jones. Chuck is a very good sales person and extremely helpful making my decision very easy. Chuck was knowledgeable about the vehicle in explaining all the new extra features on the 2019 versus the 2016.
