Took them almost a Year to survey a Down Town City Lot. They Never Found any markers and or bothered to look. The just Took My Money and Never got Back to Me for Over 6 Months and I doubt they ever really did The Survey. When I called they were always too Busy unless they needed another installment. I told them I would Pay for a Title search they said it was unnecessary. I doubt that they ever really did the Survey.WHen I asked for a Survey Map they Gave me a Copy of the Assessors Map that I already had that The COunty gives you for free. They did not measure from any boundry markers as they said they could not find any yet they charged $5k for a Heemet City Lot.
