I didn't stay in the hotel. I went there for a day pass. My company gave us a significant discount. I had read the prior reviews and went anyway. I was annoyed when I got there it was horribly crowded and there were not any lockers left. I looked at the life guards and thought great a bunch of young punks. My kids will not be safe. I was wrong. The life guards are AWESOME. They are young responsible adults who took there jobs very serious. They constantly paced and had their eyes on the water. The immediately stopped any rough housing. They were in constant communication with hand signals. They always had their whistle in their mouth, life preserver in hand and face mask readily available. They were helpful, respectful and smiled when they spoke to you. Yes I had to wait a long time for food and it was crowded, but above all my family and I were safe at all times. BTW the water and atmosphere is warm. I will go back.
