I purchased a new car and paid cash. The transaction took four hours. The Finance manager did not know what he was doing. He just wanted to sell some policies that I refused to buy. The dealership had not trained him properly so he was learning on the job. Furthermore their computer system must be from 20 years ago. I was called back next day to sign some more papers as I was told I was given the wrong forms. They even had to come to my home later and bring more papers to sign! Please note that this is a cash deal.

The sales persons were nice. Everyone was good in saying "SORRY".
