DAVID was a Godsend,
....my wife and I purchased a Ford Transit van from a company in Atlanta, and we had just driven from another state to take delivery and when we got there the van had some electrical problems so not being from the Atlanta area I seen the sticker on the van from where it was purchased and called that ford dealer explained our situation and they did not seem to care, said it would be 3 to 4 days before they could even look at it, so I began calling other dealers in the Atlanta area and that s when DAVID answered the phone at Nalley Ford and listen to our situation and said bring it in and he would do his best to help us, and If I could give 10 stars Instead of 5 on this review I would, I can honestly say this was the best service experience I have ever had at a car dealership by far, if you drive a Ford product take it to Nalley Ford and ask for DAVID to be your service advisor you will be glad you did, thank you again DAVID for all your help, God Bless!
