I was disappointed that I had an appt for service at 10am, showed up at 9:50 but wasn t helped until 10:20.
But what really bothered me was that I used the vending machine, it kept my $3, I went to the counter to tell them, expecting to get the $3 back. But as soon as I told Petri Seppan that the machine kept my $3, he shrugged his shoulders and said I ll need to call the company because he isn t responsible. When I asked for his card I was shocked to discover he was the finance director and clearly had the authority to reimburse $3.
At the end of the day it s only $3. I own a k900 and a 2018 Lexus I can live without it, but it was his tone and attitude which were so disrespectful. I will absolutely drive farther for any future service on our KIA
