According to your description, you agree to exceed the expectations of your customers through the innovation of your products. Unfortunately, I can not say that your customer service exceeds the expectations of your customers. Following a bad assessment of fuel consumption on your part, you have committed to offer a refund program ... which seems to require greater rigor and attention on your part.

Following my initial request in December 2015, from the Kia dealer in Brossard, I still have not received the refund card. This situation began following the initiative of your dealer's representative to change my address, to which I had never given my consent. Following multiple phones with your customer service since March 2016 to date, I still have not received the card in question. Your customer service department did not consider it important to respond to my July 25 call with a concrete commitment to resolve the situation.

In my opinion, this is unacceptable since you do not respect your commitments and offer an aberrant customer service. This will definitely be my last Kia car and I do not recommend your company for buying a car.
