The hotel is perfect, the entertainment staff lovely, the waiters and chefs too, the facilities great. The HUGE problem they HAVE TO SOLVE is the subject of reservations. Ours were lost and after a flight of 10 hours, we had to wait 1 hour and a half more at the reception to be "solved": they gave us a room to pay 400 euros in deposit when we were not at fault that the ruling was his. They told us that they would compensate us and we continue waiting. In the same week we found 4 more people who had the same thing, according to workers is common. How can you afford that a 5 star hotel? ... Otherwise no complaints, we have had a great holiday thanks to the kindness and good work of the people who work there.
