The customer service was horrible, waited 5 hours ...

The customer service was horrible, waited 5 hours for new sheets because the (non-smoking) room I was provided with was filled with cigarette smoke, and the sheets were littered with cigarette burns.
I woke up in the middle of the night to find that there was a plastic bag over my smoke detector.
How do you inspect your rooms before new guests arrive, and miss the bloody smoke detector?
You don't inspect the room.
