Horrible Experience! The nurses never looked at the Power of Attorney paperwork on file and they performed surgical procedures on my elderly Mother that were not authorized! Their communication skills are deplorable! The Charge nurse had to apologize to me over and over again. UNACCEPTABLE when is comes to a Loved Ones care. I would NEVER take anyone here.....Ever!
