I am new to vancouver and to B.C, I brought my vehicle into dueck for my first time. They were very friendly and the lady booked me an appointment
For the next day, When I came back in she was busy so I was checked in by Danny, I was floored by the level of service I received, he kept me informed every step of the way and he even called dueck on his day off to check on my vehicle and then called me from home on his day off to give me an update. Dueck will have my service and word of mouth recommendations from here on in.
