The staff is mostly amazing. I completely prefer the resident doctors to the regular ones though. The nurses and CNAs especially in ICU are incredibly kind and patient. When I came here for a true emergency, I was seen crazy fast and was well taken care of. When I came in on a somewhat less emergent reason, the wait was ridiculously long and I felt blown off by the staff (again, mainly doctors). And my friends/family that visited me say parking is an absolute pain, so keep that in mind.
