HORRIBLE SALES STAFF!!! I only gave them a 1 star...

HORRIBLE SALES STAFF!!! I only gave them a 1 star because I had to select one. They will lie to you to get the sale and attempt to pressure you into buying something if you're not ready. Stay Away from this dealership!! We spent 2 hours here on Memorial Day and they quoted us numbers we were not comfortable with spending. We went home to think things through things (after being pressured to buy for over 30 minutes.) We called back the next day to move forward after discussing and were told the prices were lower than we thought. Great! Drove out on our lunch over 45 minutes to get there and they hadn't even run the application!!! I asked the guy where he got his numbers from and he said "THEY GUESSED!!!!" SERIOUSLY???!! What a waste of time. I walked out of the dealership and told him they lost my respect and my business. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST. My husband and I dealt with Ralph Johnson.
