March 23rd, I went to this dealership for a particular van and spoke with Mr. Kenneth. Sadly he informed me that a customer just purchased it(I know I could have called, but I am getting to the good part.) I did not want to leave without purchasing a van as we are expecting baby number 4 and our first van is a 2002 Honda Odyssey with over 178k miles. My husband saw on their webpage about a white 2012 Town & Country with everything we ever wanted. Mr. Kenneth then mentioned it to me the same moment my husband was texting me(I was there by myself as husband was working). I immediately ask to check it out. When Mr. Kenneth brought it around the front, it was a beauty. He showed me ALL the overwhelming bells and whistles(yes I am still trying to figure everything out, even with the manual). I was hesitant at first because our bankruptcy closed in November 2015 and I was not sure how the finance process would be; I most certainly did not want to waste anyone time on earning a commission. Mr. Kenneth then persuaded me that I could take it for the day to think it over and I sure am glad he did. We test drove it all day Thursday and sent in our application Friday. Mr. Kenneth was very helpful with the process going smooth. By Friday afternoon, we accepted the deal we could not pass up. Early Saturday morning we arrived at 10:10am and while husband started/finished all the paperwork, Mr. Kenneth took the van and had the wipers replaced(only thing that needed replaced) and we left the lot at 10:25am with a new van. It was the BEST and EFFICIENT process we have EVER went through and did I mention it was done with three kiddos around? I highly recommend this dealership. My husband and I have been on the hunt for a van for over 6 months. We made sure to have our ducks in a row just so we would not run into a problem. Might I add, I am more in love with my van now than I was checking it out!! It's in top notch condition, now with two owners. Thank you Mr. Kenneth and thank you the Finance department for assisting us in such tremendous way. Covert ALL THE WAY
