Absolutely regrettable treatment and resolution of the customer service of this entity.
To process a domain registration for a vehicle paid in full 2 years ago, I had to call 5 times and each and every time the information on my application has been different, first the delay is maximum 25 days and it will be received an ordinary letter, 10 days after the request I call again and they confirm that the letter is sent and that as the 25 days have not passed, nothing can be claimed, after 25 days and after not receiving the letter I will call again and they tell me that the letter had not been sent and just sent that day of the call certified, after 8 days I call again and now they tell me that the letter takes 56 days and that it is not certified, the last call that I do they tell me they have no proof that I have claimed the letter until 7 days ago and that it takes a month to get me home. In the end I continue without a letter and with lies and falsehoods in each call. An absolute shame in the service that will be settled with a complaint to the consumer's office.
