worst company ever. This company should not be all...

worst company ever. This company should not be allowed to exist on the face on this earth. The person in charge of my case does not reply to emails, gives no updates. I have had to chase him on over 20 occasions. He does not care what so ever about our case. Its been 9 months and i still have to chase him for an update. Pathetic company. I dont know why my insurance company Hastings Direct ever work with this company. I wil make sure I never go with this company and also hastings direct because of this experience.
