Driven red by fellow road users. In my opinion I have prevented an accident with this. But the Public Prosecution Service says that I have to keep to traffic lights. While I just have eyes and looked what was the safest thing to do. But no, I have to let myself be hit.
I really don't understand this country. The hardworking Dutchman is stripped naked. But criminals get away from anything with a 10-hour community service or a warning.

Now the CJIB is not necessarily guilty. But I don't really want to pay on principle. As if they let themselves be broken? Or should I be thankful it's a bargain? Since the fine is high, but lower than what a collision entails?
But if you do not pay, a very big increase will be thrown up. From 239 euros to 600+ euros. That is not normal anymore? And then find it crazy that people are in debt and can not get out?
Most people are in debt only because of the increases and collection costs.
It should be done with this legal mafia! And the Netherlands must say once "Enough is enough!"
