So sad. Got in at 730Am need a door lock changed. It is now 330pm and I am still WAITING. Empty promises and updates. For people who are always working on the same things every day it should not have taken this long. Too bad there aren t too many options in Queens. Can t give 2 stars. Complete TORTURE.
