My claim had so far taken 14 months to sort out, that was until Hayley Fairhurst took over and got the matter dealt with, not only did she deal with my claim without having much background, she dealt with it professionally and promptly and in my eyes provided a 5 star service.
She was helpful, informative and on every occasion polite.
