a very bad experience in my 6ys career organization for an interview process , interviewer has no idea what he is talking about .. without seeing the profile .. and asked irrelevant questions and manager was enjoying with colleagues in the interview process .. It is a pity that such people are managers in Cvent.. If this is the state of management in Cvent.. It's better to work with another organization..
