Called 3 weeks ago and reserved a van to travel to...

Called 3 weeks ago and reserved a van to travel to VA for Thanksgiving. When we arrived today to pick it up we were told we could not drive it out of state (this was never mentioned when the van was reserved).

Thier idea of customer service was making one call to one other rental agency to try and honor the reservation made by thier staff, we were then told by a manager, no less, that all he could do was apologize, while we are left scrambling!

I will tell everyone I can to never under circumstances to deal with Wesley Chapel Toyota!
