Loyal customer and purchased over 7 Mazda new vehicles over the past 15 years.
Never again
Would have expected some urgency involving a reasonable request in regards to the cost to supply and fit a new battery for our Mazda 3 sky active
Total cost $665.45 -labour $126.00
Look forward to this every time your battery dies
The concern for me is the racv quoted just over
$340 for a compatible sky active battery
Anyway did receive a long awaited call after 2 weeks , wast of my time service manager didn't even know what my concerns were
