I live in the State of Montana. Earned wages in the 2nd quarter of 2019. Montana has requested my wages from Colorado UI on three occasions over the last 11 weeks. Colorado UI is an epic fail! My case has been escalated to Montana s highest level and still nothing.

One can t even speak to a live representative from Colorado UI. They ve made it impossible to do anything outside of making an appointment for someone to call back. The wait time for a call back is nothing short of 30-45 days. This is how people end up in the street!

I m writing a letter to every agency and government representative to vet the above. Colorado doesn t have the right to not respond within a reasonable time frame pandemic or not!

This is unacceptable in every way! Terrible, under managed government agency ever! Hire more people, Colorado UI! You have plenty of funding but are failing we the taxpayers in monumental proportions!
