I have been a customer with Adorama for many years...

I have been a customer with Adorama for many years. Just purchased a VIP360 accidental damage protection plan for my new Sony camcorder. This weekend my briefcase containing multiple items was run over. They refuse to cover and say that it was not an accident. No help from anyone. I can't imagine that a company would lose a customer over this. Especially, after purchasing the insurance. They have been my first choice for purchasing telescopes, cameras, and various other telescope optics. They have lost my business.

I was contacted by Adorama and they said that they would not help and agreed with New Leaf. By the way, New Leaf eventually agreed that it was an accident and they are going to cover the repairs or replacement. This was done with no help from Adorama.
