Gutter Installation: (Subpar Sales Rep / Excellent Installation Crew/ Great Customer Service)

The SALES REP omitted certain very important measurements when conducting the estimate for my home. When the crew came out, they did not install gutters on the part of my home that was currently creating 6 inch puddle of water. When I attempted to call the sales rep his I was constantly sent to voicemail and the voicemail was always full. I was never able to contact the rep.

When I spoke with CUSTOMER SERVICE, they directed me to the office manager and the office manger was able to schedule an appointment right away for a crew to come and address the issue. They were intent on correcting the issue and worked to ensure I was taken care of.

The INSTALLATION CREW, specifically Edgar S. was extremely helpful. There are several difficult, non--standard angles on my home that required him to make custom accommodations to ensure there was no leaks or runoff at all. He kept me updated throughout the project and explained the details of what he was doing and the benefits it would have for the home. He had a great personality and knowledge base, clearly they employ the best for quality work.
