When the air conditioning was on they reacted very quickly. The food was good. Public areas are well maintained.

Negatives: The cleaning ladies do a surface cleaning, the sheets are not changed except at the request of the customer. The cocktails are very sweet and syrup-based, the result is not good !! The fruit served is not of good quality. The food is good but too fatty. We had an incident in a neighboring room, children were crying for help and crying and we therefore tried to reach the reception so that the police or security intervene, they transferred us to the police server despite the fact that the 'we do not speak Spanish, we called them back to have help keeping the children from the next room in our room, no one came, someone could have died that we would never have discovered the corpse, he there is therefore a serious lack of security.
