Excellent restaurant with a high-end service, a high-flying cuisine, all accompanied by a sommelier to you can give blind trust. The range of champagne offered as an aperitif is complete. The Norwegian Soy Sauce entree with a ginger marinated turnip is breathtaking, reminiscent of sashimi. Then comes the turbot filet with truffle. Finally for dessert, I recommend the coffee bean, it is a meringue made in a unique way with an excellent coffee taste.
