I had an issue with Bob Baker Jeep/Dodge in Carlsbad, it seems that the Service Manager did not want to accept our Service Contract that we purchased for Oil Changes. We are a military family that have a lot of "dodge" friends and have always bragged about Bob Baker. However, we no longer refer them to our friends, we tell them to go to Jack Powell instead. I called them and asked if they would accept the contract and not only did she say YES...anytime, but she was upset at the fact that Bob Baker did not want my business. Yes, Escondido is a trip for us but it is worth the time for No Hassels!!!! Thank you Jack Powell
