Mark Hildebrand was great. He detected a coolant leak when I brought my pickup in for an open recall. He worked diligently with my extended warranty company to get it covered even after multiple delays.
He also kept me well informed of what was going on with all the repairs and when my truck would be completed. I was very pleased with the outcome.
