Car buying experience was decent; but their service department is down right TERRIBLE. Their technicians have very little idea what they are doing. I brought my A5 in for vibration issues (steering and front panel) the day after I purchased the car. They did no testing on the car and told me it has to be a tire balancing issue so they balanced the tires and told me everything was fine. Shortly thereafter, I experienced the same issue. Again, without doing any tests, the technicians insisted it must be a tire balancing issue. So they balanced the tires again, and told me everything is fine. Again, I had the same issue shortly after getting the car back, and finally i bring the car back a 3rd time, and they began blaming me for the vibration saying that it must be my fault since they fixed it twice already. So they tell me I must pay $104.00 for the technician to diagnose the vehicle and then additional depending on what needs to be done. I tell them "No Thank you", and take my car to Princeton Audi where they fixed the issue at no charge. It turns out there was an issue with the front control arms on A5's that Audi was having fixed for free. So basically, when all is said and done, the service department at Cherry Hill Audi was dishonest, deceitful, and tried to charge me for a service that Audi was doing free on all A5 vehicles.

I'd recommend Princeton Audi if you want good service. Don't waste your time with Cherry Hill, they don't even offer valet pick up/drop off when you make a service appointment, which seems pretty common now (Princeton Audi and Bell Audi both offer it).
