What a desappointment!!!!

What a desappointment!!!!
We were in room 305 from Saturday 11th to Sunday 12th November.
When we arrived, the mini bar was not working. Either we are not the type to complain so we do without.
Late in the evening when we come back from the restaurant, we decide to take a shower.
Surprise ... No hot water at all !!!! Too late to notify reception so we notify them the next day.
All the young man managed to tell us is: It will be a total of 12 for the cost of the stay and the rental of bathrobes.
Do you find it normal for a 4 star hotel that there is NO apology or NO gesture? While there was no hot water, the mini bar did not work, not to mention the horrible (coffee?) Stains on the ceiling and the curtains.
We loved the SPA, which I had been to before and was not disappointed, but the hotel was a first and it was downright mediocre.
