I have opted for 60 MBPS plan last week, there is frequent dysconnectivity and internet slowness, but there is no proper customer service or tech support to solve the issue. Even the customer service people is not sure of how to solve the issue. Couple of times they disconnected the call telling I will receive a call back, but no call back received. Currently my internet speed is less than 5MB, often I have to restart my reutter and GX to get the connectivity back
