I've been here for over a year. Overpriced. Carpet is terrible, ripped, and stained. I actually caught my foot on a nail sticking through a door threshold. Customer service is horrible. No hot water or hallway lights for three days, called and they said "We know" but couldnt give me an estimate on fix because they hadn't called a repairman yet. No screens on any windows. Oven kind of works. Neighbors were OK. location is EH.

Spend the extra $50/$100 dollars and go somewhere else if you have it and save yourself the hassle. You'll thank me later!
