Used them for My NYC to London move cannot fault the coordinators in USA and the receivers in the UK and everything was intact. The only reason this is 4 rather than 5 stars is that the movers in NYC used excessive padding and there are boxes with wasted space and just basically wrapping paper -when you pay by sq footage this is quite annoying and totally unnecessary. Also many of my boxes were marked PBO even after they repacked them and removed many items which voided my insurance policy (very happy I packed the majority myself).
